✨ Jewellery Downsize ✨

When you’re first pierced, your jewellery is fitted slightly longer to allow room for initial swelling. Once the swelling has gone down, it’s important to book a downsize appointment — this means replacing your longer post or bar with a shorter one that sits comfortably and securely.

Downsizing reduces irritation, helps prevent unnecessary movement, lowers the risk of bumps or migration, and ensures a smoother healing process overall.

Recommended downsize time is 6-8 weeks since we have pierced you. (2-4 weeks for all oral piercings)

Pricing:

• £5-10 service fee: covers the piercer’s time, use of PPE, and all necessary equipment during your appointment.
• Jewellery is additional: downsizing posts are £5 each.
