If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the consent form.

You must bring a photographic ID to your appointment. Only Passport, Driving License and Provisional License are accepted.

Every appointment is timed, therefore if you are late to your appointment, I may not have enough time to preform the piercing.

Appointment are ONE person in the room at a time, this applies to under 16 appointments aswell.
